WASHINGTON (AP) - The head of the United Nations says climate change is partly to blame for the conflict in Sudan's Darfur region. Writing in The Washington Post, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (bahn kee moon) says droughts have provoked fighting over water sources in Sudan.
