Forecast is for more extreme weather

The town of Louisiana, Missouri is flooded with water from the Mississippi River June 19, 2008 after a levee breach on Wednesday. The Mississippi River surged past levees and spilled into farms, small towns and parkland on Thursday, adding to billion-dollar losses that have ignited global food inflation fears.
